It does not matter where you are. Every investigation begins with a free 30-minute call in which we talk through what you have, what you are hoping to find, and which service makes most sense for your situation. There is no preparation needed and no obligation to proceed.
From there, I do everything. The archive searches, the record interpretation, the DNA analysis where relevant, and the written report at the end. You do not need to know anything about genealogy research to get a complete result.

Every price is fixed and confirmed before work begins. No hourly rates. No 'it depends' when you ask for a number. Once the price is confirmed in writing, it does not change. If an investigation reveals a reason to expand the scope, I will always discuss it with you before proceeding.

Heritage Report
A narrative account of the investigation, written in plain English. Every ancestor, every record, every discovery, told as a readable family history rather than a spreadsheet of data.
Family Tree Diagram
A fully sourced family tree showing every ancestor found during the investigation, laid out across as many generations as the records support. Supplied as a digital file and available as a printed, framed version.
Original Record Scans
Copies of every historical document found during the investigation: birth, marriage, and death certificates; census returns; parish registers; military records; court documents; and any other sources consulted.
Personal Delivery Call
Every investigation ends with a call to walk through the findings together. You can ask questions, discuss what has been found, and decide whether there is more to explore. Included in every package, not an optional extra.
Source Citations
Every record and every claim is cited. You can see exactly where every piece of information comes from and verify it independently. Nothing in the report is unsupported or assumed.
